An inside view of the real estate market.
Rivesta is being built as an intelligence layer for real estate investment, across several markets. The Founding Circle brings together a small number of people with relevant market experience.
Free access to the pre-launch version. Every application is read individually. A limited number of places at this stage.
Real estate, investment, data, AI and intelligence
What we are building
An intelligence layer over the property market, not another listings portal.
The market where these opportunities surface is fragmented, uneven and hard to follow with any method. Rivesta organises that landscape and returns orientation to whoever is deciding: what appeared, what deserves attention, what is known and what is not yet known. The starting point is the world of auctions, judicial sales, bank-owned property and insolvency. The ambition is wider than that.
Today, in operation
- Continuous coverage of opportunities across judicial sales, auction houses, bank-owned property and insolvency proceedings, in one place.
- Screening indicators across five dimensions, with data confidence always shown alongside the score.
- Price references by area and comparables, where there is enough information to support them.
- Alerts on user-defined criteria, delivered by Telegram, email and inside the product itself.
- Map with area-level aggregation, a detailed record per property and a link back to the origin wherever available.
- Interface and summaries in Portuguese, English, French and German.
- Usable in the browser and on mobile.
Rivesta is multi-market. Portugal is currently the most mature and the best supported. Other markets are already in the system, at varying depth, with more in development.
Next, in build or under assessment
- Deeper analysis: valuation, return scenarios and systematic comparison between opportunities.
- Coverage beyond auctions and judicial sales, into the wider universe of real estate investment opportunities.
- Deepening the markets already covered and opening new ones, in Europe and beyond.
- Bringing more market information into the analysis.
- Tooling for people working in teams or managing a portfolio.
A stated direction, not a delivery commitment. Nothing in this column is available today.
Why the Circle exists
Some things about this market are only known by the people working in it.
How decisions actually get made. What gets checked before committing. What weighs on a valuation and what tends to go unnoticed. That knowledge is not built from the inside, it is earned on the ground. The Founding Circle exists to bring it close to the product while it is still being built.
What is useful
- 01 Using the product in your own context, on real situations.
- 02 Looking at the product through your own experience.
- 03 Sharing what works, what could be different and what raises questions. If you think there is a better approach, that too.
- 04 Bringing practical sector knowledge: how decisions are made, what gets checked, where the risk sits and where there is room to do better.
- 05 Highlighting anything you consider particularly relevant for this kind of product.
Who we look for
There is no single profile. There are areas where experience counts.
Strong experience in one of these areas can already bring a perspective we are missing.
Right now we are particularly interested in people who bring experience in law, real estate or finance and know at first hand the problems, the processes and the decisions we are trying to make simpler.
Real estate and investment
Brokerage, development, asset management, acquisition and refurbishment, on own or third-party account.
PropTech and RealTech
Product, data or operations in real estate technology.
Finance and capital
Banking, credit, venture capital, family office, asset management.
Technology, AI and data
Engineering, systems architecture, data, models and evaluating what they produce.
Product
Product management and design, especially in complex domains.
Legal
Real estate, enforcement, insolvency, litigation. Also technology and data.
Entrepreneurship and business development
People who have created, launched, scaled or led products, businesses, teams or entry into new markets.
Property valuation
Surveying, valuation methods, market references.
Auctions and distressed assets
Judicial sale, seizure, insolvency, non-performing loan portfolios.
A lawyer who works on enforcement. A broker who knows the market from the inside. Someone from the financial side, used to weighing risk and reading numbers. Any one of these, on its own, sees things we do not. That is the perspective we are after.
Worth being clear about what this involves.
What is included
- Access to the pre-launch version, under active development and changing frequently.
- Direct contact with the people building it, with no layers in between.
- Proximity to how the product evolves.
- An early view of what is being prepared.
- Discretion. We do not publish the participant list and we do not use anyone as a commercial reference without written permission.
The framing
- This is not a job offer and not a recruitment process.
- Taking part carries no cost and no payment.
- Access is personal and non-transferable.
- Commercial terms after launch are not yet defined.
The Founding Circle does not assume any particular future relationship. If a closer collaboration makes sense over time, that is discussed separately, at the right moment.
Four steps. All reviewed by people.
- 01
Application
Five to ten minutes. We want to understand what you know, what you think and what brought you here.
- 02
Review
Every application is read individually, by a person. What interests us is where your experience can add something.
- 03
Conversation
When it makes sense to go further, we talk over video. Enough to understand what you bring and whether the fit is right, on both sides.
- 04
Access
Where there is alignment, access is granted with a direct point of contact and an open channel for feedback.
Every application is read carefully. When we find a perspective that can add something to the Circle, we get in touch.

Three steps, five to ten minutes. What counts is in the open answers.
Step 1 of 3 About you
The basics, so we know who we are talking to.
Application sent successfully.
Thank you for your time. If it makes sense to continue the conversation, we will get in touch. After that conversation, if both sides are interested in moving forward, we may open up access to the Circle.
Questions
The ones we get first.
Is this a job?
No. There is no vacancy, employment contract, payment or recruitment process attached. It is an early access programme for a product in pre-launch.
Do I have to pay anything?
No, if selected. Access during pre-launch is free. Commercial terms after public launch are not yet defined.
How many places are there?
A limited number, deliberately. What matters to us is the relevance of each person's experience, not the size of the group.
Is this Portugal only?
No. Rivesta is multi-market. Portugal is currently the most mature and best supported market, and knowledge of it is a clear advantage. Other markets are already in the system and more are in development, so experience in other geographies is of equal interest.
Is the product finished?
No. It is under active development and changes frequently. Features, behaviour and availability may change as it evolves. That is precisely why it makes sense to have these people close to it now.
How much time is expected from me?
There is no minimum and no reports to file. What is useful is real usage and honest feedback when you have something to say.
What happens to my data if I am not selected?
It is kept only for the period stated in the Privacy Policy and then deleted. You can request deletion at any time.
Does Rivesta give investment advice?
No. It is an information and analysis tool. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax or valuation advice, and it does not replace consulting the origin or qualified professionals.
It is early. That is exactly why the invitation makes sense now.
The structural decisions about the product have not all been made. That is the moment when it makes sense to have these people close to it.
