1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the Rivesta website and of the product made available through it. Using the site means accepting these terms.
Rivesta is in a pre-launch phase and is not publicly available. At this stage, access to the product is granted case by case, through the Founding Circle. Details of the responsible entity will be published on this page once one exists.
2. Nature of the information
Rivesta is an information and analysis tool. It does not intermediate purchases, does not negotiate prices and is not a party to any transaction.
The information shown is gathered from public and publicly accessible sources and structured to be easier to read. The link back to the origin remains available, and that is where information should be confirmed before any decision.
No warranty is given as to the completeness, currency or accuracy of the information shown, which depends on what is published at the origin.
3. Indicators and limitations
Indicators, scores, simulations and comparables are triage aids and are indicative in nature. They help decide what deserves a closer look.
They do not constitute a property valuation, or financial, investment, legal, tax or technical advice, and they do not remove the need to consult the applicable official documents or qualified professionals.
Decisions taken on the basis of the information shown are the sole responsibility of the person taking them.
4. Acceptable use
Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials is not permitted.
Bulk or automated extraction of content is not permitted, nor is reproducing or redistributing the service or substantial parts of it for competing or commercial purposes, without written permission.
Any use that compromises the security, integrity or availability of the service is not permitted.
5. Intellectual property
The brand, interface, design, original text, organisation of information and analytical elements of Rivesta are protected and may not be used without written permission.
Original third-party content remains the property of its respective holders and is presented with a link back to the origin.
6. Changes to the service and to these terms
The product is under active development. Features, behaviour and availability may be changed, suspended or discontinued as it evolves.
These terms may be amended. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the update date shown above.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. No warranty is given as to availability, continuity, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, there is no liability for decisions taken on the basis of the information shown, nor for unavailability, errors or omissions in content originating from third parties.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law, including consumer protection rules.
8. Governing law and contact
Portuguese law applies. The courts of the district of Lisbon have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
